Produces large spinach like leaves used commonly in salads and soups. Due to vigorous growth of these plants, it is recommended to divide root balls in a similar way to dividing rhubarb roots, roughly every three years. A.K.A. Spinach Dock, Soup Weed and Ambada Bhaji. Being that sorrel leaves are high in Oxalic Acid use precautions if you have kidney issues.
